Drop-Off & Pick-Up Information

Fee Schedule
Ferncliff has opted in to the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care Agreement.
Fees are due on the first day of each month by pre-authorized debit. A non-refundable deposit of 1 month’s fees is due 5 days after acceptance of space. This deposit is held until you provide your withdrawal notice. Two month’s written notice is required for the withdrawal of a child from any of our programs. Otherwise, a full month’s fee will be charged (less deposit).

Governance
The day-to-day organization and administration of Ferncliff is the responsibility of the staff under the supervision of the Executive Director. The Parent Board of Directors is legally responsible for the management, control and accountability of the organization as a whole. The Board of Directors consists of up to 9 elected parents and 1 elected community representative. Board of Director meetings are held once each month and copies of the meeting minutes can be found at the links below.
